Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payments. 
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Our customer support department will send you an e-mail instantly after the product is shipped through our Shipping Department. We assure that you would receive the orders within the time limit (03-08 business days). In the unlikely event of not receiving the parcel within the stipulated time, contact our customer support team at : [email protected] We will reship the products IF the mistake is from our side.
  • No orders will be re-shipped in case if the order is showing as DELIVERED on the postal service website.

RESHIP POLICY

Please note we will do a reship only :

  • If the tracking status of a package does not go live or does not show any movement on the tracking website after 3 business days from the date of the shipping.
  • If the contents of the package have been damaged in transit. Customer has to email a clear and complete picture of the package displaying the Label with the tracking number as well as a separate picture of the contents of the package to : [email protected]
  • If the package status on the tracking website is clearly showing lost in transit after 7 working days from the date of shipping. 
  • If quantity received is incorrect or incorrect brand received; complaint has to be sent to us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. Customer has to email a clear and complete picture of the package displaying the Label with the tracking number as well as a separate picture of the contents of the package to : [email protected]

Shipping Methods

  • Order must be shipped only to a physical address where there would be someone to receive the shipment.
  • We don’t take any responsibility for incomplete or misdirected address entered by the customer. We strongly recommend rechecking the entered address before sending it to us.

Every package that is shipped has a unique tracking number given by the Shipment Company and can be tracked with it on the postal tracking website.

2. When should I start Tracking my Shipment on Tracking Website ?

You can start tracking your shipment after 2 days after you have received tracking number of your shipment from our customer support team

3. Can you guarantee the privacy of my order?

We value your privacy- Medicines that you order will have a discreet packing, even the person delivering the packet will be unaware of its content.

You will receive the medicine in discreet envelope, preserving the privacy of your order. Inside the envelope you will find your meds securely vacuum-sealed blister strip(s) format.

4. Will my shipment get stuck in Customs?

We deliver within US hence customs is not involved.
